What we do
Glenn Edwards is an expert in residential construction with over 40 years of experience in the building industry.
Glenn’s professional journey started in 1979 as an apprentice carpenter constructing residential dwellings and soon progressed to the construction of architectural extensions and renovations.
In 1996 Glenn became a registered builder constructing new homes, extensions & renovations and he still holds an active DBU builders’ registration.
Glenn has more than 20 years’ experience in volume housing from varying roles as a Construction Supervisor, a Construction Manager and a Service & Warranty Manager.
Glenn has worked as a building consultant for many years providing expert evidence for court and tribunal proceedings such as VCAT.

This report identifies the non-compliance or defect and references the particular part of the building code or standard of the non-compliance.
VCAT Report
This report identifies the non-compliance or defect in accordance with our instructions, references the particular part of the building code or standard of the non-compliance and includes recommendations & costings.
Injury Reports
We provide injury reports in accordance with our instructions covering all facets of construction.
